Honda Unveils Its 40th Anniversary 2015 Goldwing & F6B

MAIN

It’s hard to believe that nearly 40 years have passed since the first Goldwing rolled out of production. It was 1974 at the Cologne Motorcycle Show when the game changed and the following year they were made available for purhcase. There was Watergate, the Rumble in the Jungle, and the building of the Sears Tower. And then there was the Honda Goldwing: 999 cc, 61.0 cu in, flat-four engine in all its glory.

Fast forward 40 years to the present and we now have the 2015 GL1800 & F6B. Available this October and November respectively, these bikes continue to represent a way of life shaped by adventure and community on the open road with style and comfort unparalleled.

The GL1800 will be available in a new two-toned Candy Red and Black version, as well as Light Silver Metallic and Black. It additionally includes 40th Anniversary commemorative emblems.
